By joining the Mem 2.0 Alpha, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. 

• Use of Mem 2.0
  Your access to Mem 2.0 is solely for the purpose of testing and providing feedback to Mem.

• Feedback
  Any feedback you provide on your experience using Mem 2.0 can be used by the Mem team for any purpose.

• Intellectual Property
  Mem owns all rights to Mem 2.0 and related materials. Participating in the Mem 2.0 Alpha Testing Group does not give you any rights to these materials.

• No Warranties and Limitation of Liability
  Mem 2.0 is provided "as is," with no guarantees. Mem is not responsible for its performance, functionality, or reliability during testing, nor for any damages or data loss.

• Termination
  Mem can end your participation in the Mem 2.0 Alpha at any time, for any reason.
